If you do not arrive at the property within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time without prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Changes to your booking, such as adjusting dates or guest numbers, may be possible based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes. Any modifications made may be subject to additional charges.
In the event of a government-imposed travel restriction or any other event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or offer a credit note for future bookings, depending on the circumstances.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
